Artwork Size : 31.5 ” (w) x 80″ –  100 to 120 dpi Pixels/inches
UV Solvent ink is used
Color: silver
Convert file in JPEG, TIFF or PDF format
Color mode: CMYK
File should set up at full size (scale 1:1) 100% of final size
Please do not place important image or text within area of 3″ from the  bottom since it will not be viewable cause by installation.
We WILL NOT inspect the content of the image such as picture quality  or spelling . Please make sure the spelling is correct and  content of the image, font resolution is good enough to print, don’t blow up or reduce the resolution (at least 120 dpi) it will cause dramatically decrease the output quality. If you want the background is white (no printing), please set the area as transparent or set  0% in all cmyk setting.

Turnaround
2-3 business days upon receipt payment and your printable file.
Please add 2-7 days for delivery time, we locate in West Coast: Los  Angeles. Upgrade shipment methods is available, please check the  “shipping and payment” section for upgrade shipping methods and price.
Payment
We accept PayPal for all payments. In regards to order cancellation requests, we will do our best to accommodate your request but we cannot guarantee that these request will always be granted. In regards to sales tax, We are required to charge sales tax within California State.  you will see the sales tax charge at time of checkout before you submit payment.
Shipment
Free standard shipping within USA. Handling time on your order will be between 1-2 business days. Do you need your item quicker than that? We also offer do a expedited shipping method for an additional cost. Buyer will be responsible for covering any shipping costs if the shipping address is incorrect and the package is delivered to the wrong address . We are not responsible for any incorrect or undeliverable addresses. Please have a correct shipping address at the time check out.
International shipment, We do not guarantee delivery time on all intermational shipments due to differences in customs clearing times in individual countries, which may affect how quickly your products is inspected. Seller not liable for any duty fees, or brokerage fees for International orders

Return Policy
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, and a restocking fee may apply. Items must be returned in the condition they arrived in. The box, UPC bar code, packaging, and all other accessories must be returned. . An RMA number is required for all returns. Message us for return instructions. Items returned without a RMA number will not be processed. Return shipping fees are not refundable. We reserve the right to decline any returns if the above guidelines are not followed.
