A memory training course on cassettes.  “You can improve your memory by 500% or more!”  The course has 8 training cassettes and a work book.  Plus one extra cassette “How to remember everything in your past.”  Plastic cover shows some signs of aging, but the cassettes are all in their slots.  If you’re wondering if you are just bad at remembering people’s names and other stuff, these are great exercises.
